妊娠３９週６日の一日
今日は産婦人科で健診。
明日が予定日(-_-;)。
先生から「予定日に産まれる人は少ないですからね」と励まされる。
超音波で診察すると、赤ちゃんは「いい状態になっている」とか。
ニュアンス的に、赤ちゃんが下がってきているみたい(^_^)v。
「このまま前傾姿勢と胡坐、頑張ってね」
内診でオシモの診察を受けると、
「全然子宮口が広がってない」とのこと。
「自然なお産を待ってみるという方法を採りたいのですが、 胎盤にも賞味期限があります。 まずは赤ちゃんがまだ元気なのかを調べてから、 待ってみることにしましょう」
今週の土曜日にNSTを再び調べることになった。
後に旦那から「子宮口を柔らかくする薬」の話をされる。
「ただし、その効果って、人によって千差万別なんだよね。 子宮口の開きって一言で言っても、ピンキリなんだよ。 本当にカチカチの人から、ふにゃふにゃな人まで…。 だから、産婦人科の先生によって、そういう薬を使う人と使わない人がいるんだ。 使うなら、最低二度ほど打たないといけないから、 おそらく、君の先生は使わない方針なんだろうね。」
私の通っている病院はナチュラルバース派に傾いているから、
そういう薬は使わないのかもしれないなぁ…。
薬の存在を聴いたときは、
お産をやきもきするよりは、薬をエイやっと使ってほしい気になったけど（笑）、
サイトで調べると、旦那の話と同じく、効果について賛否両論だしね。
（後に、旦那に聴くと、
「僕ら、薬漬けの人間にとって、そんなに害のないものだよ」と教えてもらう。）

結論から言うと、内容が常にかぶっている！
食前酒/前菜・先附
菊花酒は当然、前回と一緒ね。
今回は柿の白合え。高まる期待感。
椀物
かぶのすりおろし煮。うまい！！
お造り
前回と同じ、鯛とイカの2種。少し、はずす。
焼き物
ここが不満だ。点心が前回と被っている。
レーズンの入ったやつとか、さつまいもとか、味分かっちゃう。
もう少し工夫があってもいい。
煮物
野菜の焚き合わせ。
レンコンのいとこ煮、シイタケ、青菜。
これって難しい調理だと思うけど、
ちゃんと味がしみて旨い。
あと、柿と胡麻豆腐の天ぷら・田楽みそ乗せが登場。
前回と同じで、田楽味噌の一品。
白味噌が普通味噌に変化しただけだが、
ここの田楽味噌はめちゃ旨い！！
ご飯
前回同様、釜でどーん、と来ました。
今回は鮭ご飯。
香の物は青菜の漬物、しば漬け、昆布。
汁物は、前回同様、赤出汁でした。
水菓子
ここも不満ですね。
前菜で柿、メインで柿とくれば、外してもらいたい気になります。
でも、柿なんですわ^_^;。
この後に塩こぶ茶を頂きました。
パターンが常に一緒なのだということが分かり、
心置きなく出産に臨めそうです（笑）。

お昼ごはん前に、大丸神戸店の手芸用品で、
再び毛糸を購入。
前回、毛糸購入時に編み図をコピーさせてもらえず、
雑誌を購入させられた。
どのお店でも編み図のコピーは頂けるのになぁと思ったが、
店員に「最近は著作権の問題がありますから」と言われたの。
しかし！！
今回、違う店員が「編み図のコピー、いりますか？」と尋ねてくれた。
前回一緒にいた店員がスッといなくなる(ー_ー)!!

デパ地下のイグレックプリュス＋で、タルトマロンを購入。
早速、試食(*^_^*)
めちゃ旨いってほどじゃないが、
「ホロッと崩れるタルトと、かりっとした食感のコントラスト」は、多少感じられる。
「たっぷり入った栗のおいしさ」は、存分に楽しめたな。

明日は、阪急百貨店で「英国フェア２００６」が開催されるので、見学予定。
お目当ては当然、マクラーレン。
ついでに、スィーツも買って帰りたいなぁ。
阪急百貨店のミルフィーユの大阪なつかし生プリン。
パティスリー・グレゴリー・コレのアプソリュ。
大丸梅田店に、ハンブルグのショコラモンブラン、とろとろプリン。
シーキューブのクレーマ・カラメッラ、ビーニェ。
ラジィのシューカラメル。
阪神百貨店に、ヴィタメールのマロン・ティラミス。
そして、腰痛と共に
阪急のキッチンエールで取り寄せた「美々卯」のうどんすき。
うどんすきという名称はこの店のためだけにある。
早速、食にうるさい父親に食べさせると、
「今井よりも旨い」という評価。
一見すると、今井の方が具は豪華だけどな。
次の日の昼ごはんに残りを頂くことにした。

アンカーのリリックという太めのコットン糸で、
赤ちゃんの帽子を編むことに。
この糸、よくカバンを編むのにも使われるらしい。
アンカー社の製品だが、マークはコーツ。
ドイツの通販なら、全色ゲットできるみたいだが、
ドイツ語翻訳も、日本に送ってとお願いするのも面倒だな。
eBayで販売していたのは、サーモン色とライトターコイズ色。
どぎついな。
今日も雨…
昨日よりも激しい雨なので、今日は外出が難しそう。
ますます、やることがない。
朝からヨガをやってみる。すっごく気持ちいいです。お勧め。
夜ご飯も、苦労することがなさそう。どーしようかなぁ。
UFJ銀行の口座、新生銀行の口座、まだ届きません。
だから、色んなことが足止め。
